This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed on Paprix, which methods are accepted, and how we handle billing, refunds, and related issues.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept a range of secure and commonly used payment methods, including:
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Apple Pay and Google Pay
PayPal (where available)
Other region-specific methods listed at checkout
All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Paprix does not store full card details on our servers.
2. Pricing & currency
All prices are shown in your selected or local currency, where available.
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer or payment provider.
Discounts, promotions, or coupons must be applied before confirming your order.
3. Order authorisation
When you place an order, your payment method may be pre-authorised for the total amount.
Funds are captured only when your order is confirmed and processing begins.
If authorisation fails, the order may not be completed until payment is successfully verified.
4. Digital products & instant downloads
Payment must be received before access to digital files or downloads is granted.
Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file is delivered or accessed, it cannot be revoked or “returned.”
If you experience issues with downloading, contact our support team for help.
5. Failed or delayed payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or a network issue, please retry with a valid method.
Orders with unpaid balances may be automatically cancelled if not resolved within a short period.
6. Refunds & adjustments
Refunds are available under our Return Policy for qualifying items.
Refunds for digital products are considered only if the file is defective or duplicated in error.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please review our Return Policy for detailed conditions and procedures.
7. Fraud prevention
Paprix reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious. We may verify certain transactions before processing.
In some cases, additional identification may be requested to protect cardholders and our platform.
8. Payment disputes
If you notice an unauthorised or incorrect charge, please contact our support team immediately.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may delay resolution and affect your account standing.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect new features, methods, or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
