Content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
Violence, exploitation, or encouragement of self-harm
Deceptive or fraudulent claims (including counterfeit goods)
3.2 Intellectual property
Uploading, selling, or sharing content you don’t own or lack rights to distribute
Trademark misuse, impersonation of Paprix or others
Unauthorized use of third-party assets in self-publish files
3.3 Security & integrity
Hacking, probing, scraping at scale, or bypassing access controls
Distributing malware, spyware, or attempting to disrupt services
Interfering with checkout, payments, or analytics tracking
3.4 Misuse of communications
Spam, unsolicited advertising, or misleading outreach
Abusive language in reviews, messages, or support interactions
Phishing, link cloaking, or deceptive redirects
3.5 Payments & orders
Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or manipulating referral/affiliate credit
Resale of digital products or license keys beyond granted rights
Circumventing regional restrictions or pricing
3.6 Platform abuse
Artificial inflation of traffic, reviews, or engagement metrics
Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans
Bulk scraping of product data, images, or copy
4. Content standards
Accuracy: State facts correctly; use clear, non-misleading descriptions.
Relevance: Keep reviews and submissions focused on the product or topic.
Respect: No harassment or personal attacks.
Rights: Only upload material you own or are licensed to use (fonts, images, templates).
Safety: For self-publish PDFs, avoid malware, macros, or hidden executables.
5. Self-publish & uploads
Original work only; you retain ownership and grant Paprix a license to host and sell where applicable.
No third-party IP without permission (logos, characters, brand names).
Provide files free of PII and harmful code; follow our file specs and listing guidelines.
Paprix may edit listings for clarity, formatting, or policy compliance.
6. Account & security
Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a security issue.
Don’t share accounts or attempt to access others’ data.
7. Enforcement
Paprix may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse commissions, cancel orders, or notify authorities where required. We determine enforcement at our discretion, considering severity, impact, and history.
